Today, the vast majority of so called "genuine" autographs offered by sellers both individually and on auction sites like Ebay are fakes, despite certificates of authenticity. One expert believes as much as 90% of the autographs are not real. Many times these certificates mean nothing and if you compare different autographed photos for a particular celebrity, you may notice striking differences. Yet they all come with certificates of authenticity. So which one is the right one? In order to provide some assistance for collectors or people wishing to buy autographs of their favourite celebrity, we have set up a showcase of the Famousbabes' webmaster's personal collection. All examples displayed are described in detail where possible, listing its origin and status. All autographs come from only 100%, irrefutable sources and the reasons why these sources can be trusted. All autographs are personally signed by the individual and not machine manufactured. From time to time, some of the items in the collection will be offered up for sale so you too can own a genuine article. |
